We all need a reset sometimes.

As we approach Spring and we reflect on all that has happened within the past year, let’s gather in community and remember that everything we need is already within us. I’m offering this meditation series because I believe that meditation is a practice to be cultivated and this takes time. Just like a muscle, the more we meditate, the more we train our mind and the more this practice becomes integrated into our lives to manage stress and uncertainty.

That being said, if you would prefer not to sign up for six weeks, you can drop in to any of the classes by using the Drop In schedule below.

This is suitable for all levels, so if you’re curious about the practice, I invite you to join us. Together, we’ll explore meditation and mindfulness techniques to help you connect inwards and restore your inner peace and balance.
