If you’re here because you’re feeling exhausted, stuck or confused, you’re in the right place. It’s no wonder you’re feeling mentally and emotionally drained – you’ve spent years struggling against the internal voice that tells you that you’re not good enough, that you should be doing more. And still you show up, even on the hardest days. Managing your anxiety and your inner critic is a full-time job. No matter how hard you try, you feel less connected with yourself and more overwhelmed by life’s challenges.

Firstly, you’re not alone, and you are not “wrong” or “bad” for feeling this way. Many people are carrying the weight of trauma, family and societal expectations, and painful experiences that shape how they show up in the world. Unprocessed emotions linked to our experiences can lead to feeling out of control, lost and stuck, repeating unhelpful cycles that no longer serve us.

I work with people seeking fulfillment in their lives and relationships, by allowing space for their emotions in a healthy way. I provide therapy for adults who are looking for clarity and who want to understand what’s really going on inside. My approach focuses on developing self-awareness and self-compassion. We’ll work together to understand your thoughts, behaviours, emotional responses and your triggers, with curiosity and without judgement.

My hope is that you feel more grounded, resilient, and capable in your daily life. Together, we will address what is weighing you down, and I will guide you towards insight and clarity. My therapeutic style is calm, compassionate and trauma-informed, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, including emotion-focussed, mindfulness-based and cognitive-behavioural. I have expertise in trauma-informed therapy and EMDR.

I believe therapy is an invaluable tool for transformation and the relationship with your therapist is an integral part of this. I offer down-to-earth, warm and friendly support, and a space to feel fully seen and understood. You don’t have to carry this burden alone. In our work together, you’ll learn to let go of unhelpful narratives, build new coping skills and shift from a place of fear and anxiety to feeling confident, clear and calm. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I work with a range of challenges including anxiety, stress, emotion regulation, trauma, loss and relationship challenges.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can chat about what you’re looking for and to determine if we might be a good fit. I would love to meet with you and walk this journey with you.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy being outdoors, moving my body – I love yoga and strength and conditioning training -, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends, exploring BC and cozy nights in with my adorable cat Smudge and my husband.
